Midwifery is a term associated with assisting childbirth, pregnancy, postpartum care, and neonatal care. Midwives and Nurses account for about 50% of the health workforce. According to a recent survey, Midwives and Nurses are not enough to the need. The session would be a discussion of the Midwives in the healthcare industry, their outcomes and their importance in Rural as well as Urban areas.
