Midwifery isa term associated with assisting childbirth, pregnancy, postpartum care, and neonatal care. Midwives and Nurses accountfor about 50% of the health workforce. According to a recent survey,the Midwives and Nurses arenot enough to the need. The session would be a discussion of the Midwives inthe healthcare industry,outcomes and their importance in Rural as well as Urban areas.
